Andrea devised and implemented a truly unique - and enviable - job share that she has now taken from one Silicon Valley mainstay to another (Yahoo to PayPal).

Before Hillary and Andrea formed their job share arrangement at Yahoo, both Andrea and Hillary, or team McRight as they were known at Yahoo, were working full-time schedules as Sr. Directors in Marketing at Yahoo! Through their job share, the team had better coverage for the growing responsibilities of the position. Hillary left Yahoo for PayPal and PayPal has agreed to do the first ever job share for not only PayPal but for eBay Inc. and Andrea will be joining her there.
